By creating an account or using the Nearest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Nearest. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, such as trips, lists, and favorites. You grant Nearest a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Nearest for unlawful purposes, to spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, or to upload harmful or misleading content.

6. Third-Party Services

The Nearest integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps and Google Places. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Emergency & place information

Nearest may help you find nearby hospitals, police, fire stations, or similar services. It is not a substitute for local emergency numbers (e.g. 911, 999, 112). Always verify critical details. Place hours, phone numbers, and locations may be inaccurate or outdated.

8. Disclaimers

The Nearest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindCrossed and the Nearest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
